Self-Care Wednesday Tip
Whether it's at the end of a hard day on the job, after a workout at the gym, or just because, a hot bath is a great way to give your mind and body a little extra love & attention. It doesn't need to be piping hot; just warm enough to give you 20-40 minutes of ahhh...
How many other self-care techniques do you know that elevate your mood, improve sleep, relax sore or tight muscles, reduce blood pressure, ease cold & flu symptoms, and improve your skin all-in-one.
You can add Epsom salts to reduce joint inflammation, Dead Sea salt to detoxify & soothe irritated skin, and/or essential oils to either energize or calm your being. Or you can go with just water to give you the comfort and ease you deserve. Regardless, it's time for a hot bath.
