COVID-19 Update (12-Jul-2020)
For health coaching: All coaching appointments will be over the phone or via video conference using Skype, Zoom, Duo, or WhatsApp. When booking an appointment online, please indicate in the Appointment notes section which method you'd prefer.
For Reiki healing: My Wealth in Health is now offering distant Reiki sessions as an optional alternative to in-person sessions. If in-person sessions are preferred:

For Reiki healing: My Wealth in Health is now offering distant Reiki sessions as an optional alternative to in-person sessions. If in-person sessions are preferred:
- Please call me by cell phone from your car upon arrival and wait in the car. I will meet you at your car and give you a COVID-19 questionnaire to fill out if you have not already done so. I will then take your temperature with a touchless thermometer and escort you into the building. Anyone accompanying you to your session will need to remain in your car.
- Please fill out the COVID-19 questionnaire. If you have traveled to a high risk area recently (nursing home, large public gathering, etc.), traveled by train or plane, or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms, cold, allergies, or flu-like symptoms, please delay your appointment for 2 weeks following the cessation of all symptoms, including shortness of breath, vomiting, nausea, productive or non-productive cough, sore throat, diarrhea, fatigue, fever, chills, nasal congestion, or headache.
- Please wear a face mask and practice social distancing when entering the building. Face masks will be available if you need one.
- Please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water immediately upon entering the building, then go straight to the treatment room.
- Both you and I will be wearing a face mask during the entirety of the session. I will also be wearing gloves.
General Office Policies
- Please be mindful of others and put your cell phone on silent (not vibrate) when entering the office suite.
- Please do not come to the office when you are sick. Our services are not beneficial to those with active infections and you put the health of your practitioner and others in the office suite at risk.
- Please be mindful of personal hygiene before attending your appointment.
- If there is inclement weather, be alert that My Wealth in Health may be closed or delay opening hours. Updates will be provided via email and through Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Payment
- Once an appointment is confirmed, payment will be required at least 3 business days prior.
- All payments must be made using a debit card or credit card in-person, over the phone, or at paypal.me/mywealthinhealth.
- All health coaching and Reiki packages and services expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Packages may not be shared. Each package and service is for one person only.
- Clients can request a refund on unused packages or services within 30 days of the purchase date minus a 5% transaction fee.
Late Cancellation
- My Wealth in Health has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you have a standing appointment and need to cancel, be sure to plan ahead to avoid being charged. Cancel by giving us a call or by email.
- One (1) late cancellation per calendar year without penalty is allowed for all appointments. The late cancellation fee for appointments is $45, following the first "free" late cancellation.
- After two (2) late cancellations or "no show" appointments (includes the "free" late cancel), clients will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. Additionally, we require clients that have 3 or more late cancels or "no shows" to have a credit card on file in order to secure appointments, or to pre-pay for future appointments at least 5 business days prior.
