General Office Policies
Client Intake
After a new or existing client books a particular service type for the first time, they are required to complete and submit the respective service intake form(s) at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the forms are completed less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, the beginning for the appointment may be used to review the forms. If a client declines to complete the provided form(s) with the required information, the appointment will be cancelled, and any refund of prepayment will be addressed as described in the Late Cancellation section below.
Payment
- Please be mindful of others and put your cell phone on silent (not vibrate) when entering the office suite.
- Please do not come to the office when you are sick. Our services are not beneficial to those with active infections and you put the health of your practitioner and others in the office suite at risk.
- Please be mindful of personal hygiene before attending your appointment.
- If there is inclement weather, be alert that My Wealth in Health may be closed or delay opening hours. Updates will be provided via email and through Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Payment
- Once an appointment is confirmed, payment will be required at least 3 business days prior.
- All payments must be made using a debit card or credit card in-person, over the phone, or through the service booking system.
- All health coaching packages as well as Reiki packages and services expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Packages may not be shared. Each package and service is for one person only.
- Clients can request a refund on unused packages or services within 30 days of the purchase date minus a 5% transaction fee.

- My Wealth in Health has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you have a standing appointment and need to cancel, be sure to plan ahead to avoid being charged. Cancel by calling/texting (919) 937-2512 or by emailing [email protected].
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $45 plus the processing fee. All no-shows will forfeit the full payment for the appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
- A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
