Need help winding down in the evening to get a good night's sleep? Try this delightful, concentrated salt mix for your next hot bath.
Ingredients: Dead sea salt and the essential oils of Fine French lavender, Eucalyptus radiata, and Roman chamomile.
Scent: Herbal, floral, and fresh
Properties: Both lavender acts as a sedative, while Roman chamomile promotes calm and relaxation and eucalyptus radiata feelings of well-being. The added benefit is both lavender and Roman chamomile helps to lower blood pressure. Dead sea salt promotes relaxation, eases sore muscles, and relieves certain skin conditions.
Uses: To promote sleep and relaxation. For external use only.
Instructions: Mix ¼ cup soak with ¼ cup Epsom salts to add to a hot bath. Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes.
Warnings: Do not use with asthma, diabetes, ragweed allergy, or children younger than 5 years old.
