Not getting much sleep? Tossing and turning all night? Can fall asleep but not stay asleep? This essential oil blend will lull you into a slumber that is restful and restorative in no time!
Ingredients: Essential oils of Fine French lavender, Roman chamomile, and Sweet marjoram.
Scent: Herbal, floral, and sweet
Properties: Both lavender and sweet marjoram are sedatives (i.e. will put you to sleep), whereas Roman chamomile promotes calm and relaxation (i.e. will keep you asleep).
Uses: To promote sleep and relaxation. For external use only.
Instructions:
- air diffusion using an electronic micro-diffuser
- topical application to the bottom of feet (2 drops each foot)
- 2% topical application in carrier oil (3 drops in 1 teaspoon)
- mix 10 drops in a tablespoon of rubbing alcohol before adding to a hot bath.
Warnings: Do not use if pregnant, on irritated skin, or if allergic to ragweed.
