Ingredients: Essential oils of Eucalyptus globulus, Peppermint, Lemon, and Lime.


Scent: Minty, citrus, and sweet


Properties: Eucalyptus globulus and peppermint are painkillers that reduce both inflammation and nasal congestion. Eucalyptus globulus, lime, and peppermint are antibacterials and all four essential oils are antivirals. Lemon also enhances the overall feeling of well-being, thus combating the discomfort associated with sinusitis.


Uses: For nasal inhalation to relieve sinus congestion.


Instructions:

  • nasal inhaler: 1 or 2 inhalations in each nostril as often as needed.
  • Diffuse in the air using an electric micro-diffuser, OR
  • add 2 drops to a large bowl of steaming hot water for steam inhalation.


Warnings: Do not use if pregnant; age 6 years or younger; or have a headache, high blood pressure, or epilepsy.
