Clear your home, office, or community space of any stagnant or negative energy to invite positive energy that is refreshing, comforting, and nourishing for your spirit. Kelly will use a combination of Reiki, smoke clearing, essential oils, and/or sound healing, to energetically clear and seal your space to improve your well-being. This service is available to only existing clients and referrals from existing clients.

Calm the mind (free): The Gassho meditation is the first of the 3 pillars of Reiki, which help ensure one is in a state of healing. This form of meditation is great for clearing the mind, developing stillness and increasing inner awareness. Below are 2 versions available for streaming:

Calm the mind (free): The Gassho meditation is the first of the 3 pillars of Reiki, which help ensure one is in a state of healing. This form of meditation is great for clearing the mind, developing stillness and increasing inner awareness. Below are 2 versions available for streaming:
- Whole body healing & relaxation ($5): Kelly starts the meditation by guiding you for ~5 minutes into a relaxed state for inviting the Reiki energy to begin healing your mind and body. This is then followed by ~15 minutes of silence during which the Reiki energy flow will take over guiding your inner experience while healing you.
- Ground & center ($5):
- Letting go of what no longer serves you ($5)
- Love for yourself & others ($5):
- Connectedness with nature ($5): helps with perceiving your connectedness with nature, including the animals, plants, and the Earth. The Reiki energy will clear your chakras (energy centers) of any blockages, enhancing your intuition and natural instincts.
