Karuna Reiki® Master Certification
Learn Reiki for healing the collective!
Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means "any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others". It also translates to "compassionate action". Given that we are all one, the principle of Karuna Reiki® is that healing an individual imparts healing to all of us and strengthens your connection to a collective. Doing so enhances your ability to receive healing from others as well as the ability to see and feel the oneness of all beings, Universal Love, and your divine self.

This training is split into four 6-hour classes taught across two consecutive weekends:

- Week 1: Saturday (online) & Sunday (in person), May 3-4, 2025, 10:00 am-5:15 pm
- Week 2: Saturday (online) & Sunday (in person), May 10-11, 2025, 10:00 am-5:15 pm
Registration Fee: $1300 (deposit: $300, with the balance of $1000 due prior to class start time); 15% discount for returning students. Payment plan options are available upon request.
Prerequisites: at least 6 months since completing Usui-style Reiki Master Certification (documentation of training required).

Each student will also receive a 200-page class manual to review before class and a class certificate upon completion.
Students must attend all days to receive their certificate.
Online class days will be taught LIVE using Zoom video conferencing. The day before class is an optional 30-minute session for getting you comfortable with using Zoom! There will be a 1-hour lunch break noon-1:00 pm each day with 2 additional short breaks as needed throughout each class day.
In-person class days will be at Health Touch NC, 3500 Westgate Drive, Suite 504, Durham, NC 27707. There will be a maximum of 6 students to allow for proper social distancing due to COVID-19 concerns.

Kelly Nembhard is a Reiki Master Teacher in Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki. She received her Usui/Holy Fire® III and Karuna Reiki® from Bryce Goebel at A Reiki Place in Charlotte, NC. Kelly also received first and second degree Usui Shiki Ryoho training from Marcia Hebrank at One Light Center in Durham, NC.
