Welcome to the world of crystal healing with Introduction to Healing Stones. This class is perfect for those who are completely new to crystals or would like a review of the basics.
​

Class will start with an energy healing meditation to help you feel grounded, centered, and refreshed. Next, the questions that will be covered in class are:

• ​What are crystals?
• What do people use crystals for?
• How do people use crystals?
• How do crystals work?
• How to cleanse, charge, and care for crystals?

We'll also focus on the properties of the following crystals that are perfect for beginners and should be part of everyone's crystal "first aid kit":

• Amethyst
• Lapis lazuli
• Sodalite
• Rose quartz
• Citrine
• Carnelian
• Smoky quartz

Lastly, we will go through a meditation for learning how to connect with the energy of a crystal to understand how it will help with our healing.

It's recommended having one of the crystals listed above to work with during class. If none of them are available, any crystal will do.

Students will receive a class certificate in the mail after completing the class. ​ Students must attend the entire class to receive their certificate.​

This online class will be taught LIVE using Zoom video conferencing. The day before each class is an optional 30-minute practice session for getting comfortable with using Zoom!

Kelly Nembhard is a Reiki Master Teacher in Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki. She received her Usui/Holy Fire® III and Karuna® Reiki from Bryce Goebel at A Reiki Place in Charlotte, NC. Kelly also received first and second degree Usui Shiki Ryoho training from Marcia Hebrank at One Light Center in Durham, NC. She is also a board-certified health and wellness coach helping people achieve their self-care goals.
