Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or anxious? Join Reiki Master Teacher and Advanced Crystal Master Kelly Nembhard for this opportunity for deep healing with the help of Reiki and crystal energies.
This group healing event combines the restorative and revitalizing Reiki energy with the stabilizing frequencies of crystals to provide healing on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.
The session will begin with a brief overview of how Reiki healing and crystal healing work. Kelly will then introduce the types of crystals that will be used and the properties of each crystal. Each participant will then get a chance to hand-pick the crystals they would like to work with personally during the session. Kelly will gently lay the crystals on the body before beginning the Reiki healing experience. After the healing session is complete, all participants will have the option to journal about their healing experience and then share with the group.​
Yoga mats and blankets will be available for use during the healing session. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Snacks and refreshments will also be provided.

Instructor
Kelly Nembhard is an Advanced Crystal Master® and Reiki Master Teacher. She received her Usui Reiki Ryoho/Holy Fire® III and Karuna® Reiki training from Bryce Goebel at A Reiki Place in Charlotte, NC. She was trained in crystal healing with the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy and Marcia McCollum Hebrank at One Light Center in Durham, NC. Kelly is also a board-certified health and wellness coach helping people achieve their self-care goals and live their authentic self.
