COVID-19 Update: To continue facilitating classes during the phases of reopening, the number of students for all in-person classes will be limited to a maximum of 6 students to reduce the chances of virus transmission. This change allows participants to still attend the Reiki Fundamentals class in person while still maintaining social distancing throughout class; there will be no need to get within 6 feet of each other. Because Reiki Techniques and Reiki II does teach healing others, all in-person classes are postponed until July. Online classes are currently available throughout June.

This 1/2-day class provides an option for learning the very basics needed to channel Reiki. Therefore, it does not require a day-long class and is more affordable (a Reiki I is typically ~ $200). Reiki Fundamentals is also ideal for you if you are not sure becoming a licensed practitioner but are curious about Reiki and/or would like to incorporate it into your self-care.
The Reiki Fundamentals class will cover: |
- what is Reiki and how it works
- how and where Reiki can be used
- a brief history of Reiki
- the standard Reiki session hand positions for self-healing
- the Japanese Technique Kenyoku
The in-person class will have a maximum of 6 students to allow for proper social distancing due to COVID-19 concerns. Given that the Reiki Fundamentals class is focused on self-healing, there will not be any physical contact between attendees.
The online class will be taught LIVE using Zoom video conferencing. The day before each class is an optional 30-minute session for getting you comfortable with using Zoom!
Registering for the Reiki Techniques class is NOT required!
