Why this series
Most self-care advice hands you someone else's list.
Drink more water. Take the bath. Go to bed earlier. None of it is wrong, and most of it doesn't stick, because it was never built around your life, your history, or what you actually need.
Meanwhile the real problem compounds quietly:
- One consuming project takes over your calendar.
- Your sleep goes first.
- Focus follows sleep.
- Stress fills the gap where focus used to be.
- And you're surviving your week instead of living it.
This series starts somewhere else: who decided what your care should look like, and whether you agree.
The arc
Three nights, one hour each.
Night One
The Two Selves
Tuesday, TBD
- The Created Self and the Authentic Self, and how to tell which one is talking
- The seven dimensions of health, and the cascade that runs through them
- Your Self-Care Toolkit Inventory: what you already do, and what each tool is for
Night Two
Capacity and boundaries
Wednesday, TBD
- What your capacity actually is right now, rather than what you wish it were
- Boundaries as information, not confrontation
- The cost of being the person everyone relies on
Night Three
Caring without absorbing
Thursday, TBD
- Relationships you lead versus relationships you manage
- Heart energy and where it goes
- Your tribe inventory: what each relationship gives you, and what it asks of you

Who this is for
People who take care of everyone else first.
Caregivers, clinicians, managers, parents, and anyone whose calendar fills up with other people's needs before their own get a slot. No prerequisites are required.
This is a small group, capped at 15.
After the three nights
The Abundantly You Companion Guide
Nothing is required reading, and nothing is required buying.
The Companion Guide is what comes after: a 52-week journal, undated, built on the same framework. The series starts the work, and the Companion Guide is where it keeps going.

Questions before you register
Do I have to have my camera on?
Not during meditation, and Kelly says so out loud each time. For the rest of the hour, cameras on helps the group, but it is your call.
What if I have to miss a night?
Each night stands on its own, so you will not be lost if you miss one. The sessions are live and are not recorded, so there is no replay. Come to all three if you can.
Do I have to talk in the small groups?
No. Passing is always available, in the small groups and in the main room, and you never have to explain why.
Do I need the books first?
No. Everything you need is taught live. The Companion Guide is there for the weeks after the series, not as prerequisite reading.
Is the breathwork intense?
No. Paced patterns and extended exhale only. Nothing rapid, nothing that changes your breathing hard. If any breath pattern does not feel right in your body, stop and breathe normally.
Do I need to be in North Carolina?
No. The series is live on Zoom and open to participants anywhere. All times listed are Eastern.
What is your refund policy?
Registration is non-refundable but transferable to a future cohort within 12 months.
